Does this resonate…
Relationships cause you fear, mistrust and anxiety. The insecurity started in childhood and has continued into your adult relationships. Relationships really make you feel vulnerable because they tend to expose your wounding. Your past keeps calling to be dealt with, but instead of dealing with your feelings, you suppress them in order to function and survive. You feel that your attachment trauma inhibits you from accessing life like you want to, or that you’re not able to function in your relationships due to fear.
I am also a someone who has dealt with attachment trauma and relationship challenges which led to me developing a disorganized attachment style and C-PTSD, so I understand what you’re going through.
I know what it’s like to bring insecurity and trust issues into relationships.
I know know what it’s like to abandon myself for the approval of others.
I know what it’s like to feel the shame of having a trail of failed relationships.
I want to offer you a way out. The same way out that I am taking to learn how to thrive in my relationships. I know you are capable of transforming the way you relate to yourself and others. I know you can stop disowning aspects of yourself and embrace who you really are.
I know how powerful it can be to connect with other people on this journey who also have insecure attachment, and I want to share this opportunity with you.
The “ARE for Secure Attachment” group program offers you a supportive community where we all walk each other home to acceptance and love within ourselves. For many of us it may be the first time you feel like you truly belong to a community of people who truly get you.
This is the power of the ARE group program and I would love for you to join me on this powerful and transformative journey.
